As Austin comes into full bloom this spring, so does its flourishing fashion scene. Buzzing events are popping up all around the 512, including clothing markets, runway shows, and industry networking events. Here’s a roundup for the must-attend fashion experiences for those wanting to add new pieces to their wardrobe, connect with others, and transform the city into their personal runway.

1. Time Travelers Vintage Expo

Saturday, March 29 | 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Location: Palmer Events Center, 900 Barton Springs Road

2. Strive Networking: Fashion & Business Networking

Monday, April 26 | p.m. – 8 p.m.

3. UFG Annual Capstone Collection Fashion Show

Saturday, April 27 | Doors 7:30 p.m.

Location: Texas Science & Natural History Museum, 2400 Trinity St.

The UFG annual Capstone Collection Fashion show is only one month away. On April 28, the collections of UT fashion design students will be seamlessly presented down the runway. UFG members have many opportunities to get involved including modeling, production, hair and makeup, and media roles. 4. Slow Fashion Maker Mart

Saturday, May 3 | 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.

Location: The Jones Center, Co-presented with The Contemporary Austin

Sunday, May 6 | 1 p.m. – 4 p.m.
